Description of Essential Job Functions:
This is an entry-level management position that reports directly to the Branch Manager. This position will work directly with the Branch Manager and Service Training Coordinator to assure smooth daily operations in the Service Department. We’re looking for someone who has strong leadership skills and enjoys working for a company that rewards performance. Primary responsibilities include:
- Managing, training, and developing 4 routes
- Maintaining customer relationships with customers
- Building customer relationships
- Negotiating contract renewals and price increases
Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, a customer service attitude, contract negotiation experience, strong work ethic, a willingness to get hands dirty, and at least two years management experience or a successful track record as an RSR.
Required Hiring Criteria:
- Two years Supervisory Experience and/or successful track record as a route salesman.
- Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills
- Exceptional business communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Route management skills.
