| This section of the Employment Center has been designed to help you complete whichever part of the application you were not able to complete. |

| First and foremost, we need your UserID and Password. If you DID NOT receive these two items, then call 800-856-0217 ext. 5, where someone will point you in the right direction. |

| After you enter these two items, you will see the section in which you either got cut off in or were about to begin. You may be in a section that you have seen before. If that's the case, we did not receive your answers for that section. |
